Are you a super competent outdoor wilderness guide / instructor looking for a fun company to work with? We’re a small company running epic super remote guided backpacking trips throughout Alaska. We take our jobs seriously, work as outdoor professionals, but get real goofy too. Inclusion and wonder are key ingredients on all our trips.
If you have six or more years of experience guiding extended (7+ days) trips in super remote places, have a current WFR or higher, are committed to creating joyous and inclusive group culture, and are comfortable guiding either alone or as part of a guide team in the middle of nowhere Alaska, feel free to reach out below.
We are especially keen to hear from people who have worked for NOLS or other expedition Outdoor Ed companies.
We offer seasonal, contract-based guiding work throughout Alaska and pay some of the highest (most-livable) wages in the industry.
